Patch Project artwork on display!

The finished 'Patch Project' artwork, created by adult learners from York with support from the Quilt Museum and Gallery's own fantastic volunteers, is now on display in the Museum's Education Room.

After visiting the Museum last Thursday, Katie Pask from the City's Adult Education Team said,

"It's fantastic! The perfect way to celebrate the achievements of all our adult learners!"

Melanie Worgan, the Museum's Education Officer, added,

"A huge thank you to everyone who made this project a success, especially to our volunteers for helping me put the artwork together: Jenny, Jennifer, Beverley, Pat, Brenda,Sarah, Eryl and Carol. The finished product is an amazingly diverse and creative work of art which really reflects the different people taking part in adult education programmes in York."
