Put a Spring in your step by booking your place on one of our great workshops from Precision Piecing with fantastic Tutor Phillipa Naylor to Embroidered Book Covers run in collaboration with City of York Council.

Visit us on Tuesday 16 March and ‘Meet the Maker’. Sara Impey of Quilt Art will be giving a Gallery Talk about her work on display in our current exhibition Quilt Art at 25.

Come along to Community Quilters on the last Tuesday of the month 1-3pm to practice your patchwork or share your sewing skills. Absolute beginners are very welcome.

Easter Holidays – This Easter Holidays there are two fantastic days of ‘Eggscellent ’ sewing machine workshops for 7-15 year olds to choose from on Wednesday 13th and Tuesday 14th April. We are already taking bookings for these workshops so book early to avoid disappointment.

Join us for ‘Fabric Fun for Families’ on Friday 15 and 22 April. These are Easter-themed drop-in sessions for tots to tens and their families.

Quilters’ Retreats – Our next Quilters’ weekend retreat will be ‘Blocks, Borders and Backgrounds’ with the fabulous Sheena Norquay on 28th and 29th May.

Or treat yourself to a weekend with Ineke Berlyn for ‘Degrees of Transparencies’ on 29th and 30th October.
