Ilkley Moor 1981 depicts the archaeological cup and ring marking in the landscape of the Moor seen by the maker on a field trip, and the mystery and wonder it presents within its surroundings. Commissioned and presented to the collection by the Heritage Committee with funds generously donated by the Worshipful Company of Weavers.
