'The Kiss' refers to the red cross in the centre of the quilt which is one of Sipripan's favourite symbols, and is a positive sign in Thai culture. The quilt is a simple hand pieced and hand quilted design constructed from silk. Commissioned and presented by Region 8 (Essex and Suffolk).
