This Tree of Life design quilt is made from hexagon patches pieced over papers the fabrics of which were mainly found through jumble sales. The maker was determined to make hexagons as exciting as other shapes, and uses the same design from different fabrics on the back of this reversible quilt. Commissioned and presented by Region 9 (Cambridgeshire and Norfolk).
A quilt from The Nineties Collection - quilts commissioned from quiltmakers working during the 1990s.
The Quilters' Guild Collection is held by The Quilters’ Guild of the British Isles.
