This applique strippy quilt has 8 stripes of red sashing, alternating with strips containg irregular shaped floral motifs cut out from furnishing fabrics and applied on with a decorative embroidery stich to cover the edges. The motifs are hand applied, made from cotton and furnishing fabrics.
