Patchwork top made from 19 hexagon rosettes surrounded by a red path, in cotton, silk, wool and artificial fabrics. The top is hand pieced over papers . It was made by Mary Wakeling, a talented embroiderer who attended the Royal College of Music and the Royal School of Needlework.
