Frame quilt with Broderie Perse applique, made from cotton fabrics dating to the 1830s-1840s. A central rose bouquet applique is surrounded by smaller floral motifs in a white square on point. Four triangles form the next frame of large scale floral furnishing fabric. This is surrounded by a plain white border.
