Hexagon rosettes top made from plain and printed cotton hexagon rosettes in a grandmother's flower garden arrangement. The hexagons are hand pieced over papers with the papers till intact. The top was purchased in North Wales, and the papers, which include cut up pieces of letters and accounts make reference to the North wales or the Liverpool area. One of the papers bears the date '1862'.
