Velvet and silk brocade coverlet made from square and rectangle patchwork pieces surriounded by a border of crazy patchwork with embroidered seams and edged with a woven braid fringe. Made by Dorothy Ryder, from Grantham, Lincolnshire, in the late 19th century.
