This multicoloured frame quilt features a Turkey Red Paisley print central square set on point, which is the focal point of the design. The red square is surrounded by nine frames of hand pieced and hand quilted printed cotton fabrics in many different colours and designs. The hand quilting is an all over chevron pattern, typical of the North West of England, Southern Scotland and Northern Ireland.
