Pink and fawn coloured cotton sateen quilt with floral cotton sateen backing fabric. Hand quilted with four different strippy designs: Strips 4 and 6 are a repeated four lobed designed with line infilled crossing to give the centre square diamonds; strips 3 and 7 are squares on point with rose centre; Strips 2 and 8 are veined running feather and lined outfil with small pointed rose and Strips 1 and 9 show a multiple lined chain design. The designs are more unique than usual strippys of this era and could point towards a professional quilt stamper.
