Frame quilt with central panel of cream wool ground featuring a multitude of coloured wool appliqué motifs, including hearts, stars and leaves, surrounded by a bright blue wool border and edged with a border of wool printed in a multi-coloured paisley pattern with plain blue corner blocks. On reverse it is backed with brown wool cloth, with narrow stripes of blue wool down the edges of each of the long sides of the quilt. It has been hand-quilted with a star medallion surrounded by roses, and patterns in a frame including hearts, twisted leaves, stars, roses, chain diamond filling and a border of diamonds.
