A cotton sateen wholecloth quilt with a rose coloured top and blue coloured reverse. It is hand quilted and machine stitched with a butted edge. The quilting patterns include leaves, spirals and an adapted Prince of Wales feather motif in a traditional welsh wholecloth framed layout. It was made by Mrs Daymond who lived in Tonna, near Neath, in South Wales.
