Rectangular shaped silk and velvet diamond, octagon and square mosaic patchwork table cover, with a central diamond medallion made from small diamond patchwork pieces set in a purple satin rectangle. This is surrounded by a frame of Octagons and squares and an outer plain purple satin frame. The whole piece is edged with a red and gold tassel trim, and backed with a red, gold and cream stripe cotton satin.
