Cotton strippy quilt of nine equal alternate strips of red and white check and blue and white check fabric, machine pieced all apart from one seam. The two outer strips have a running feather motif and the rest of the strips each have a different motif including paisley shells, plait and lined cable designs. There are also some motifs which cover the seams of the strips which is unusual.
