Anja designed Return Flight to reflect her current style of accurate and intricate piecing in vivid colours with metallic threads. It is a follow on from a previous quilt entitled 'Fear Of Flying,' which was inspired by Erica Jong's book of the same title and used curved and foundation piecing. Commissioned and presented by Region 11 (Shropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and West Midlands).
