The design for this quilt is taken from a collection of mediaeval Welsh folk tales which have their origin in Celtic Legend. The main characters of the tales are machine appliqued amongst celtic knotwork, and embellished using hand and machine embroidery. Commissioned and presented by Region 12 (South and Mid Wales).
