16th May - 30th August 2014
Visitors to the Quilt Museum this summer will be able to see a range of contemporary pieces produced by our Quilt Museum volunteers in response to the Tour De France's Grand Depart in Yorkshire! Taking this great cycling event and the surrounding landscape of Yorkshire as their inspiration, the volunteers have created their responses in quilted and patchwork form.
This exhibition demonstrates the creativity and talent within our volunteer base, and hopes to inspire other quilters, both established and new to the craft, in marking this prestigious event.
