30th March 2019
Venue: The Quilters' Guild, St. Anthony's Hall, Peasholme Green, York.
This afternoon visit will be an opportunity to view some of the recent acquisitions made to the Quilters’ Guild collection. The curator will be leading this session, and will be able to give us valuable insight into the history and provenance of these pieces. This visit is run in partnership with our specialist research group, the British Quilt Study Group, and it is hope that some participants may be encouraged to consider research into the Collection and quilt history.
Time: 1pm - 4pm at St. Anthony’s Hall, Peasholme Green, York.
Cost: £15 for Quilters’ Guild Members (please note you do not have to be members of BQSG to attend), £20 Non-Guild members/General public.
