By Design, work in an unusual way: Each member makes two identical ‘starter’ pieces; one is completed by the original maker and the second is substantially altered by three randomly chosen group members in turn. The results are surprising and often appear unrelated. In this new exhibition, group members use structures derived from plant forms or buildings, travelling via wind turbines and peacock’s feathers to traditional quilt forms.
