Tracy Chevalier is guest curating Things We Do in Bed at Danson House from 1 April – 31 October 2014. The show features traditional historical quilts dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, including three pieces from The Quilt Museum and Gallery in York – among them a rare 18th-century Quilted Man’s Cap. Mixed into the historical are contemporary quilted works from artists including Grayson Perry, Sara Impey, Karina Thompson, Christine Chester and Michele Walker.
